How do I get a quotation?

What happens once I have submitted my quote?
We will respond to you within a couple days once our sourcing team have obtained their most competitive quote. We may need to contact you over this period to obtain more information on exactly what you require or a sample to copy if appropriate.
Once you have approved the pricing we can provide a final sample before you place your order (there maybe a charge for final samples).
Our pricing quotes separate out the per unit product price and the shipping costs. We understand our clients may want to manage their own logistics and can provide the flexibility for them to do this.
Our pricing includes all customs charges, duty, and insurances. We build our commission into the product price so you have no separate service charges or fees. The price we quote you is the price you pay with no hidden extra charges.
When do I pay for the product?
Our payment terms are 50% on placement of the order and then the remaining 50% on dispatch from our UK warehouse, unlike many other firms which charge 100% of the order value when the order is placed.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We tend to work with clients who order in sufficient quantities to realise significant cost savings compared to their current suppliers.
How do I know my product is being produced ethically?
Part of our supplier evaluation process is to investigate the ethical positioning of each supplier. If we have any ethical concerns over the supplier they will be given strict guidelines to adhere to, if they are not met then they are not appointed.
Our ethical stand point covers multiple issues including the copying of Intellectual Property (including design rights) and Human Rights employment issues.
How long does it take to source a product from initial quotation to final delivery?
The sourcing process normally takes us 4 to 8 weeks. The exact schedule depends on tooling requirements, whether stock is being shipped or air freighted etc. A delivery date is specified on the placement of every order.
How can I be sure the quality of product will meet my requirements?
When you are choosing a sourcing partner, we understand the importance of ensuring product quality and providing our clients with peace of mind. That is why we go to great lengthens to ensure the highest possible quality control processes are in place with our chosen manufacturing partners.
Our local teams are on hand to make site visits to ensure the necessary controls are in place before production, during production and then during the packing stages before stock is shipped.
As an additional Quality Control process, clients have the option to have their products landed in our UK warehouse for our final Quality Control evaluation before we release the stock.
What shipping options do I have?
We work with proven logistics partners to provide the most appropriate service for you. Many clients prefer to have their stocked shipped by sea and landed in our Nottingham warehouse before being delivered into their chosen delivery location(s).
We can work with clients’ freight forwarders for:
- FOB - Delivered to the manufacturer's shipping port
- CIF - Shipped to your receiving port (including marine insurance).
- DDP - Direct to your warehouse, including all customs charges, duty, and insurances.
